Timmy Wiltsey and Tara Packard have been better than buddies.
They have been next-door neighbors whose mattress room was separated by a single wall. As children, they communicated with each other with codes and taps on the wall that separated their rooms.
But on the day of his disappearance, Timmy didn’t reply any of Tara’s code calls. She was scared for her pal and wished him to return once more home.
Speaking to NBC, Tara shares her facet of the story of Timmy Wiltsey. She is no doubt one of many people close to this case.
Timothy William “Timmy” Wiltsey (August 6, 1985 – May 25, 1991) was a 5 yr earlier boy from South Amboy, New Jersey, whose single mother, Michelle Lodzinski, knowledgeable police that he went missing from a carnival on May 25, 1991.
